We’re looking for a UGC Talent Operations Lead at Creative Milkshake! 🎭

Are you great with managing creators and systems? Do you love building efficient pipelines, managing creative briefs, and matching those closely with UGC creators to bring our concepts to life? If scaling creator operations and building strong, long-term creator relationships excites you, this role is for you! 💜

At Creative Milkshake, we make scroll-stopping ads that drive results on Meta and TikTok. Were a remote-first creative agency trusted by some of the world’s coolest DTC brands to turn creative into conversions.

As a UGC Talent Operations Lead, you’ll own the systems, workflows, and team behind our UGC creator network. You’ll design and manage creator databases, refine vetting and quality processes, lead our talent team, and ensure creators are matched with the right brands. You’ll be the bridge between our creative strategies and creators, making sure that they know exactly how to translate our scripts into ads that perform.

You’ll thrive here if you love building relationships with creators, are highly organised, and resourceful in finding the right people.
