About The Role

As a Travel Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Global Operations Team by managing aspects of travel logistics including air, hotel, and ground transportation. You’ll coordinate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, and a seamless travel experience for our clients in sports, film, TV, and live entertainment. This is a great role if you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the travel industry.

What Youll Do

• Negotiate and coordinate with air, hotel, and ground suppliers to secure the best available rates and concessions.
• Manage and verify travel service options to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot travel issues promptly and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to align on client priorities and timelines.
• Maintain accurate data & activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Support Road Rebel’s culture of teamwork, precision, and service excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or a related field (entertainment travel preferred).
• Bachelors degree preferred (Business or related field).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce (or other CRMs) is preferred.
