Job Overview

Our client is looking for a target-driven Travel Expert to join a fast-growing travel company’s sales team. This role focuses on engaging prospective travelers, guiding them through the booking journey, and converting interest into confirmed bookings. You will manage inbound leads across phone, live chat, and email, build strong relationships with customers, handle objections, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. The role also involves contributing ideas and insights to improve the sales process, scripts, and team performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-performance sales environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for travel.


Schedule

  • Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time, (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide customers through the travel booking process, building trust and rapport.
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline, including follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Handle objections and support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Share insights and best practices to improve sales scripts, processes, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure smooth handovers and communication.


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience handling customer conversations across phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a personal pipeline.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share insights and support team success.
  • Passion for travel, customer experience, and storytelling.


Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
