Job Description

The Transformation Manager plays a key role in driving end‑to‑end transformation initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes, supporting digital enablement, managing transitions, and ensuring alignment with global operating models. The Transformation Manager acts as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, GBS delivery teams, global process owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements, efficiency gains, and a measurable business value.

Your tasks

  • Leading finance transformation initiatives across international markets in line with the global GBS strategy and operating model
  • Developing transformation roadmaps and overseeing governance, KPIs, risk management, and progress reporting
  • Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A), including defining target-state processes and driving standardization
  • Managing migration of processes into GBS and leading organizational change activities (communication, training, adoption)
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement automation, digital tools, and ERP systems
  • Monitoring transformation outcomes, tracking business benefits, and driving continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GBS/SSC, consulting, finance transformation, or organizational change programs
  • Hands-on experience with transitions, shared services setup, or global process harmonization
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, tools, and data analytics
  • Very good communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in an international environment
