We are seeking Training Oversight Analyst to join our Philippines entity.

About The Role

The Training Oversight Analyst serves as a central intermediary, facilitating training collaboration between MoneyGram and Outsourced vendor partners. It entails the delivery of product training and the development of essential training materials tailed to the specific LOBs. Additionally, the Training Oversight Analyst assumes oversight of training activities at assigned vendor locations, active engagement in training projects and acts as a SME for designed LOBs. The person ensures transparent communication across all stakeholders and translates pertinent business requirements into effective training resources.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between MoneyGram and vendor to ensure effective collaboration in training initiatives. This includes coordinating training activities, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with MoneyGram standards.
• Oversee and evaluate training activities at vendor locations, providing feedback to trainers, and managing training certifications. Proactively manage training performance for assigned vendor locations, including creating action plans for enhanced training efficiency, and actively contribute to training – related projects for continual training program improvement.
• Create simple, easy-to-follow instructional materials to ensure training objectives and opportunities are met effectively.
• Actively manage and participate in assigned projects on behalf of the Training team, ensuring timely training updates and effective coordination.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously update comprehensive training materials tailored to specific products, LOBs and soft skills opportunities.
• Deliver product training in various formats, including in-person and remote sessions.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• At least 3 years of training delivery experience in call center environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials, including familiarity with LMS systems.
• At least 2 years’ experience of managing internal and external stakeholders at different locations and different time zones.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management pertaining to training.
• Proven experience in creating simple instructional materials to meet training objectives efficiently.
• Experience building positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
• This role will have expected travel as part of the overall responsibilities. Ability and willingness to travel is essential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project and time management, designing, delivering, and evaluating adaptable training materials under tight deadlines.
• Minimum required education - High School Diploma.
• Coaching certifications will be an advantage.
