The Role: Training and Onboarding Specialist
Imagine being the engine behind a seamless training experience. You set up new franchise partners in the learning platform, manage live virtual training support, and quickly resolve help desk issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach. From building course assignments to troubleshooting password resets, you ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Highly organized and tech-savvy, you juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating clearly with franchise and corporate teams. You continuously look for ways to improve processes, update training materials, and keep operations efficient—making a real impact on how teams learn and grow.
