Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. You will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, particularly in a fast-paced startup environment. If you are passionate about learning and development, can create and refine impactful training materials, and thrive in diverse business environments, we want to hear from you!

This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, strong presentation abilities, solid management capabilities, and a great command of the English language. A native or neutral accent is preferred to ensure clarity and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be an active Michael and Associates employee for at least 6 months
• Proven ability to create, draft, and revise comprehensive training materials
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Great command of the English language, with a preference for candidates with a native or neutral accent
• Proficient in using e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and other training technologies
• Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of training and adjust programs accordingly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the use of data analytics to track and improve learning outcomes
