TikTok Shop Coordinator

From TikTok strategy to creator partnerships to building out TikTok Shop storefronts, we help our clients show up authentically and convert in scroll.

We’re currently looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to support our growing roster of brands in building and scaling their presence on TikTok Shop — with a deep understanding of Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and creator-driven selling.

What You’ll Do

Own TikTok Shop execution for client brands via Seller Center:

Set up and manage product catalogs, pricing, descriptions, and logistics

Monitor order flow, fulfillment, and customer service issues

Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize for discoverability

Activate creators and affiliates through Affiliate Center:

Recruit, brief, and manage affiliate creators

Set commission structures and campaign offers

Track affiliate links, performance, and content deliverables

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, strategy, and creator teams to bring campaigns to life through TikTok Shop

Analyze performance and make strategic recommendations:

Track KPIs including traffic, sales, CTR, and affiliate ROI

Optimize based on learnings and platform trends

Share insights and test results with internal and client teams

Stay ahead of TikTok’s updates across commerce, algorithm, and affiliate marketing best practices

What You Bring

1–3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop via Seller Center

Strong working knowledge of the Affiliate Center, including campaign setup and creator management

A pulse on TikTok trends, content formats, and creator culture

Analytical mindset — confident using TikTok’s data tools to drive strategy

Bonus if you’ve worked within or alongside creative teams, agencies, or eCommerce brands

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first attitude
