We’re helping our client, a fast-growing creator education and commerce ecosystem, find a TikTok Script Writer to support creators at scale. The company focuses on helping everyday creators succeed on TikTok Shop through hands-on coaching, a high-touch academy, brand partnerships, and a talent agency. Their creators are primarily women over 40, many of whom are new to content creation.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear, engaging, and conversion-driven TikTok scripts that help creators feel confident on camera, understand exactly what to say, and produce content that drives sales without sounding overly promotional. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who understands short-form storytelling, content psychology, and TikTok-style hooks, and can translate strategy into simple, repeatable scripts.

Responsibilities

• Write high-performing TikTok scripts for creators across multiple programs (academy, incubator, and talent ecosystem)

• Develop scripts optimized for TikTok Shop performance, including:
• Strong hooks
• Clear talking points
• Natural, non-salesy CTAs
• Conversational and authentic delivery

• Adapt scripts for creators who are:
• New to content creation
• Over 40
• Building confidence on camera

• Translate proven content frameworks into easy-to-follow scripts creators can execute quickly
• Write scripts across multiple verticals including supplements, beauty, and lifestyle products

• Collaborate with community managers and leadership to align scripts with:
• Creator needs
• Brand guidelines
• Performance insights

• Iterate and improve scripts based on creator feedback and performance data
• Support rapid scaling by producing scripts consistently and at volume

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in short-form content writing, scripting, or copywriting
• Strong understanding of TikTok-style content and hook-based storytelling
• Ability to write in a clear, conversational, and motivating tone
• Experience writing for non-technical or non-influencer audiences
• Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into practical talking points
• Detail-oriented while able to move quickly
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast
• Able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience writing for TikTok Shop, UGC, or affiliate-style content
• Background in creator education, coaching, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools
• Experience writing content for moms, women, or lifestyle-focused audiences
