Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tiktok Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, grow, and manage their affiliate program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, focusing on scaling revenue through content-driven platforms.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Build, manage, and scale the company’s affiliate marketing program from the ground up.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content-driven platforms.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing ongoing guidance and developing strong, long-term partnerships.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance, engagement, and revenue contribution using analytics tools; prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimization: Continually optimize affiliate partnerships, campaigns, and commission structures to drive sustainable growth.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise affiliates on content strategy, promotions, and best practices while ensuring brand alignment and compliance.
• Collaboration: Identify high-performing affiliates to scale and collaborate with internal leadership to align initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates or creators.
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok Affiliate, Instagram, YouTube) and their creator ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of affiliate strategies, commission structures, tracking links, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working in remote or fast-growing startup environments (Preferred).
• Basic graphic, video, or content editing skills, such as Canva or CapCut (Preferred).
• Familiarity with specific affiliate platforms, dashboards, and tracking tools.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
