Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30AM-3:30PM PHT)

Skills Required

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong administrative and document management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in procurement administration
  • Tender preparation and submission experience
  • Construction or civil engineering industry background
  • Experience using online tender portals
  • Knowledge of procurement and subcontractor documentation processes

What will you do?

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of tender documentation
  • Compile, format, and finalize tender submissions and supporting documents
  • Ensure all schedules, forms, attachments, and required documentation are completed and included
  • Maintain tender registers, document control systems, and submission deadlines
  • Assist with the lodgement of submissions through online tender portals
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor documentation requirements
  • Follow up on outstanding information and documentation needed for tender submissions
  • Provide general administrative support to Procurement Manager Annette and the wider Procurement team
