About Your New Role

CommandLink is seeking a Telco Cost Analyst to join its rapidly growing company and team, with an opportunity to work 100% remote! The Telco Cost Analyst will be a part of the Cost Assurance Team and responsible for auditing invoices and reconciling charges within our proprietary software platform, pricing analyses and projects, and price negotiation (among other tasks).

Key Responsibilities

• Audit telecom cost-of-service invoices using various data sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with vendor contracts and terms
• Maintain data accuracy in internal systems related to telecom services and associated costs
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, cost anomalies, and opportunities for corrective actions or process improvements
• Manage and submit vendor disputes using appropriate internal systems and vendor processes
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and telecom vendors to resolve billing and cost-related issues
• Track, document, and report on cost assurance activities, highlighting trends and areas of concern
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, as assigned
  
  

What Youll Need For Success

• Experience in cost assurance, financial analysis, or accounts payable
• Telecommunications industry experience required
• Strong Excel data transformation, modeling, and detailed data analysis capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with experience in independent research and problem-solving
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Proven ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly
• Ability to embrace and recommend change and provide new ideas
