Job Role Summary/Overview

A growing SaaS provider offering AI-driven automation solutions for trade and service businesses. The platform integrates with tools such as GoHighLevel, ServiceM8, and various job management CRMs to streamline operations, automate workflows, and enhance customer communication.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and configure automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone with experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), email automation, and web form embedding.

You will work closely with customers and the internal support team to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding and system adoption.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 72,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | Sydney, AU time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Customer Support & Ticket Management

  • Manage inbound support tickets through helpdesk software.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to GoHighLevel.
  • Provide clear and effective solutions to technical concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams.
  • Communicate with clients as needed, including phone calls to book appointments, follow up on active issues, and discuss account-related matters.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication at all times.

Workflow Automation & GoHighLevel Configuration

  • Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel automation workflows.
  • Assist clients in configuring email templates, triggers, and automation sequences.
  • Integrate third-party tools with GoHighLevel to improve workflow efficiency.

Website Support & Form Embedding

  • Embed and customize GoHighLevel contact forms into customer websites.
  • Ensure seamless integration between web forms and CRM automations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form submissions or embed errors.


Requirements

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, automation, templates).
  • Solid understanding of CRM and automation tools.
  • Experience embedding and troubleshooting web contact forms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a technical support role for SaaS or automation software.
  • Familiarity with Twilio configuration and Zapier or similar automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of job management tools (e.g., ServiceM8, Simpro, or similar) is a plus but not required.
