Job Role Summary/Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Tech Sales Representative with proven experience in real estate technology or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate knows how to prospect, pitch, and close deals confidently, managing subscription plans valued at $30K+ per month. Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 6, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 AM- 5 PM, includes 1h unpaid break | Canada (EST)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts for an AI-powered real estate platform (subscription-based).
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify realtors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and proptech companies.
  • Deliver compelling demos, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
  • Close deals efficiently with confidence, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead outreach to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and nurture funnel performance.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Stay current on product updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or real estate tech sales.
  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed monthly targets of $30K+ in sales.
  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Consultative communicator — able to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • KPI-obsessed and motivated to exceed targets while maintaining professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to explain complex software simply and effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial culture.
