Are you a systems-driven Project Manager who thrives on structure, visibility and process optimisation? Do you enjoy owning delivery tools and designing workflows that help teams operate efficiently and at scale?


As the Teamwork Project Manager, you will be the operational owner and subject matter expert for Teamwork, our primary project management platform. This role is essential to ensuring accurate project setup, clean workflows, reliable reporting and strong delivery foundations across the agency.

You will play a key role in enabling scalable delivery by owning how Teamwork is configured, governed and continuously improved. While this role does not execute client work, your impact will be felt across delivery quality, visibility and efficiency.


Teamwork expertise is essential for this role. SEMrush responsibilities are limited to client onboarding and offboarding workflows and will be supported with training where required.


Responsibilities:

-Reporting and working closely with the Group Delivery Project Manager and Head of Delivery to own and optimise Teamwork usage and delivery tooling across the business.

-Owning Teamwork governance and best practice, including:

  • Acting as the internal subject matter expert and point of authority for Teamwork.
  • Ensuring project data remains accurate and up to date, including project status, budgets, resourcing, health indicators and custom fields.
  • Maintaining clean, reliable reporting through consistent platform usage and standards.
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining Teamwork workflows, automations and templates.

-Owning client and project lifecycle management within Teamwork, including:

  • Setting up new client accounts and projects accurately and on time using agreed templates and structures.
  • Archiving completed or cancelled client projects to maintain system hygiene and reporting accuracy.project
  • Ensuring Teamwork project lifecycle stages align with client and delivery status.

-Ensuring accurate task and plan management, including:

  • Importing tasks correctly from project plans into Teamwork with clear scope, ownership, timelines and dependencies.
  • Identifying and resolving task setup issues that could impact delivery timelines or accountability.

-Designing and maintaining workflows, automations and reporting, including:

  • Creating and optimising Teamwork workflows and automations to support efficient delivery.
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support delivery visibility, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Identifying opportunities for integrations and process improvements to support scale.

-Auditing platform usage and supporting delivery efficiency, including:

  • Regularly auditing projects to ensure active task lists, correct resourcing and alignment to delivery expectations.
  • Reviewing budget usage and resourcing consumption, flagging risks or inconsistencies to Delivery leadership.
  • Monitoring compliance with time logging and platform usage standards, providing reporting to support management and coaching.

-Supporting tool alignment across the client lifecycle, including:

  • Monitoring SEMrush onboarding and offboarding to ensure alignment with Teamwork client lifecycle events.
  • Ensuring consistency across tools when clients commence or conclude.
  • Supporting additional delivery tools as required, with training provided where needed.


To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A degree in business, project management, operations, digital marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a project management, delivery operations or coordination role within a digital, agency or fast-paced services environment.
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience administering Teamwork as a primary project management platform.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a Teamwork specialist or internal point of authority, including: Client and project account setup, maintenance and archiving, Task structures, templates and milestones, Workflows and automations, Reporting and dashboards
  • A systems-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to bring structure, clarity and consistency to delivery processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Clear communication skills, with confidence supporting and training non-technical users.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. This role does not require SEO execution or analysis.
  • Agency experience highly regarded.
  • Experience using AI and automating processes is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • A positive, calm and can-do attitude.
