About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing digital services company focused on content verification and copyright compliance. The company is looking to strengthen its operations in the Philippines by hiring a hands-on team leader to manage existing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

The Team Leader - Operations will oversee the client’s current Philippine-based team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, processes run smoothly, and team members are motivated. This is a fully operational role, focused on execution, task delegation, and performance oversight rather than strategic planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is highly organised, and can take ownership of the team’s output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the current remote team in the Philippines
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality work
  • Experience creating and managing SOPs
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to meet objectives
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards and client expectations
  • Support a positive team culture and employee engagement

Hard Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience managing remote teams, ideally in the Philippines
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.)
