Join a fast-growing, U.S.-focused tax advisory team supporting startups and small businesses across multiple industries.
This isn’t your traditional compliance role as a Tax Advisory Specialist, you’ll partner directly with founders and business owners, providing proactive tax strategies, helping shape financial decisions, and driving long-term client success.
If you’re a U.S. tax professional looking to elevate your career into strategic advisory work, collaborate with global experts, and make a tangible impact, this role is for you!

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based clients, providing year-round strategic tax guidance.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies for startups and small businesses (entity structuring, elections, and deductions).
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of complex U.S. federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S).
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow and minimize tax exposure.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and summarize findings in actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior tax managers and global team members to deliver high-quality advisory work.
  • Support clients with IRS or state correspondence and ensure accurate resolutions.
  • Stay ahead of evolving U.S. tax regulations and interpret their impact on client strategies.
  • Contribute to process automation, best practices, and internal resource development.
  • Champion the use of technology tools (Drake, ProSeries, or CCH Axcess) for efficient and accurate tax delivery.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on U.S. tax experience (individual and business).
  • Proven experience in tax strategy, planning, or advisory beyond compliance.
  • EA license preferred; CPA (PH or U.S.) or active pursuit a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in tax software (Drake, ProSeries, UltraTax, or CCH Axcess).
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients and collaborating remotely in global teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
Why Join Us
  • 100% remote role based in the Philippines, work with U.S. clients from anywhere.
  • Collaborative, learning-focused culture with career growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to diverse industries from tech and e-commerce to professional services.

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
Be part of a forward-thinking tax advisory team where your insights shape businesses, not just returns. Apply now and build your U.S. tax advisory career from the Philippines.
