You will…

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• LEAD full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functions
• BUILD strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• DELIVER a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring process
• PROVIDE data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisions
• STAY informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive
• UTILIZE data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
• CHAMPION employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent
  
  

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• MANAGE recruitment agencies and external partnerships to ensure alignment with hiring goals and standards
  
  

People Operations

• OVERSEE contract creation, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive team member experience
• Other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

Job requirements

• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• EXPERIENCE handling both corporate and technical roles across diverse functions
• EXPERTISE with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcing
• STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• PROVEN ABILITY in employer branding and sourcing passive candidates effectively
• FAMILIARITY with or eagerness to learn AI recruitment tools to enhance efficiency
• ABILITY to manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics for process improvement
• WORK ETHIC that leaves others in their dust
• Strong PEOPLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS and a passion for getting the most out of people.
