About the Role

SmartScale360 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) to support our growing U.S.-based clients by managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You'll play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Schedule: U.S. Hours (Final schedule to be confirmed)

Salary: PHP 40,000/month

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS and CRM platforms
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
• Manage candidate communications while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and monitor hiring progress and sourcing performance
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate Sourcing
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing is a plus
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Administrative, Operations, or Professional roles is preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and recruitment reporting skills are a plus

• ATS & CRM: JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar
• Productivity: Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Communication: Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Laptop/PC: Intel i5 (or equivalent) with at least 8GB RAM
• Internet: Stable 100 Mbps connection
• Backup: Secondary internet connection, device, and power source

Schedule

• Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client
• Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week
• Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs
