We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring quotas.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of job descriptions to create engaging job postings.
  • Utilize various sources, including social media, job boards, and networking, to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and assess applications to shortlist candidates that meet job criteria.
  • Carry out initial candidate interviews and prepare them for further rounds if progressed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment statuses.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial interaction to onboarding processes.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate closing processes with successful candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficacy.
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with HR for seamless transition processes from candidate to employee status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and improve talent sourcing strategies.
  • Capacity to conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
