The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role within the Human Resources department and is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the organization. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company culture.
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee referral programs to encourage internal sourcing of candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to improve the talent acquisition process continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software solutions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and drive improvements.
