Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Support other HR functions and initiatives as needed.
A Successful Talent Acquisition Lead Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
