Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Talent Acquisition Lead Should Have
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
