Systems Programmer (Backend, Architecture, Integration & Innovation Lead)

Position Summary

• Responsible for overall software architecture, technical leadership, backend development, database engineering, enterprise integrations, AI initiatives, system scalability, security implementation, and long-term technology planning.
• Acts as the primary technical architect ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company growth objectives.
  
  

• Lead design and enhancement of ERP modules including HRIS, POS, Inventory, Membership, Booking, Calendar, Employee Management, Commission Management, Attendance Monitoring, and Performance Tracking.
• Lead future CRM, Marketing Automation, Lead Management, Customer Journey Tracking, Customer Retention, Customer Care, and Survey Systems.
  
  

• Design database structures, standards, backup strategy, disaster recovery plans, optimization, migration, and security controls.
• Manage data integrity, stored procedures, query tuning, and database performance.
  
  

• Research and implement AI Chat Assistants, AI Booking Assistants, AI Lead Qualification, AI Customer Segmentation, Predictive Reporting, AI Recommendations, and workflow automation.
• Implement automated SMS, email notifications, surveys, and follow-up campaigns.
  
  

• Lead integrations with Pancake, Facebook Lead Forms, Meta Business Suite, Google Business, SMS Gateway, WhatsApp Business, Messenger API, Payment Gateways, Accounting Systems, and external CRM platforms.
  
  

• Implement role-based access, audit trails, encryption, secure authentication, session security, and monitoring.
  
  

• Lead development of executive dashboards, KPI reports, board reports, operational analytics, and ad-hoc requests from upper management.
  
  

• Identify automation opportunities, AI adoption initiatives, business intelligence improvements, and digital transformation projects.
