SU - Drafter

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Draftsman at a United States company. The Dratfsman will design renderings and site plans in AutoCAD for construction projects.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US-based construction / development company.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 5+ years experience with AutoCad
• 5+ years experience in the construction industry
• Experience looking up building codes and regulations
• An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in project management tools

Requirements

• Typing speed 40+ words per minute
• Ability to work in US time zone
• A clean and professional remote work environment
• Fast internet, a second monitor, and a fast computer

Salary:

$1,250-2,400 per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.

Details:

• Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
