Job Description

Are you skilled at building genuine connections and identifying strong talent through conversation? The Reynolds Team is seeking a Strategic Growth Specialist to support our agent growth efforts in a remote role.

In this position, you will proactively source and engage potential real estate agents, hold thoughtful screening conversations, and schedule qualified candidates to meet with our Sales Manager. Success in this role means prioritizing quality over volume, exercising good judgment, and helping ensure the agents who join our team are the right fit and positioned to succeed.

Compensation: $10 per hour + performance-based incentives tied to successful agent hires
