Job Overview:
The client is seeking a highly strategic, brand-led Brand Partnerships Specialist to elevate Luxe Living’s presence through high-value partnerships, earned media, and ecosystem positioning within luxury, hospitality, outdoor lifestyle, and purpose-driven communities.
This role sits at the intersection of luxury brand association, strategic alliances, influencer/celebrity access, nonprofit alignment, and narrative-driven PR—supporting our capital and growth initiatives by ensuring that when investors, partners, and ultra-high-net-worth audiences research us, they see a credible, compelling brand with the right affiliations.
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 1:00 to 5:00 pm, US Central Time (20 hours per week)
Independent Contractor Perks
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Partnerships & Ecosystem Development (Primary)
- Identify, pursue, and manage strategic partnerships with ultra-luxury brands, premium lifestyle companies, and experience-led partners (e.g., luxury retail, fashion, wellness, architecture/design, outdoor/adventure).
- Build a partnership pipeline and outreach system: target list creation, contact mapping, messaging, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Develop partnership concepts that fit the Luxe Living brand (e.g., co-branded experiences, VIP packages, curated resident perks, brand-aligned activations).
- Recommend whom to pursue and why using a clear brand-fit framework (audience overlap, values alignment, prestige/credibility lift, PR potential, and long-term relevance).
2) Earned Media, Press, and Strategic Visibility
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases for milestones, announcements, brand collaborations, and mission-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain targeted media lists across: luxury real estate, design/architecture, lifestyle, outdoor & conservation, business/capital markets, and regional/national outlets.
- Pitch editors/journalists and pursue earned media opportunities (not just publication submission).
- Coordinate visibility moments that reinforce credibility and legacy (not “flashy” marketing).
3) Influencer, Thought-Leader, and Celebrity Alignment
- Identify and build relationships with tastemakers, creators, founders, and public figures whose values align with Luxe Living (quality > follower count).
- Support outreach and positioning for high-leverage endorsements and aligned collaborations—especially individuals with authentic ties to Colorado/luxury outdoor living.
- Ensure relationships feel selective, authentic, and consistent with long-term brand equity.
4) Purpose-Driven Partnerships (Nonprofits & Stewardship)
- Identify reputable nonprofits and stewardship organizations aligned with Luxe Living’s mission (integrity and legitimacy are non-negotiable).
- Develop partnership ideas that create mutual value—community credibility, database reach, and meaningful impact—without performative marketing.
- Support storytelling around stewardship initiatives (e.g., land protection, trails, conservation, community benefit).
5) Digital Presence as Support (Not the Core)
- Manage social channels as a brand credibility layer (primarily LinkedIn; selective use of Instagram as needed).
- Translate partnerships, earned media, and mission-driven initiatives into polished, restrained content.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and high-end visual discipline across public-facing channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10+ years in brand partnerships, PR/earned media, strategic alliances, luxury marketing, or brand strategy (social-only backgrounds are not a fit unless paired with strong partnership/PR experience).
- Proven experience working with luxury, premium, hospitality, resorts, high-end lifestyle, or founder-led brands.
- Strong understanding of how to access decision-makers (brand executives, partnership leads, agencies, PR reps, talent management) and move partnerships forward.
- Excellent writing and narrative ability (press releases, outreach emails, partnership decks, brand storytelling).
- Strong judgment and aesthetic sensibility—knows what strengthens a luxury brand and what cheapens it.
Preferred Background (Strong Advantage)
- Experience in luxury hospitality/resorts, luxury real estate development, branded residences, high-end lifestyle brands, or premium outdoor/adventure brands.
- Existing relationships with media, editors, agencies, or partnership contacts in relevant sectors.
- Familiarity with UHNW audiences, family office tone, and credibility-driven brand building.
Side Note
- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
