Job Description

The Store Manager in a Retail setting plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. They are responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, enhancing the store's profitability, and managing various aspects of the store's day-to-day operations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role for at least two years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Proficient in basic financial management and budgeting practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
