Job Description

The Store Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the store. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement store policies that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishments.
  • Analyze sales data to identify market trends and make informed business decisions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to elevate team skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment for customers and staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Oversee financial transactions, budgeting, and profit and loss analysis effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees following company hiring standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations within the store.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of retail financial statements and store metrics analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
