Job Description

The position of Store Executive 31O25 is an integral role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring exemplary customer service. The Store Executive is tasked with maintaining optimal stock levels, managing a team of store personnel, and ensuring that the store's appearance and functioning meet the company standards. This role demands a personable individual who can handle customer inquiries, operational management, and staff supervision efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of retail dynamics, possess a sales-oriented mindset, and exhibit leadership qualities to drive the store's performance. They must be adept at training and mentoring staff, managing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of store staff with effective leadership.
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Implement and uphold high standards for customer service and store presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve store goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in the store.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize merchandising efforts.
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management regularly.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness on sales growth.
  • Maintain financial and personnel records accurately and confidentially.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adept at problem-solving and capable of making quick, informed decisions.
