The Sr Quality Evaluator, identified by the code 03J26, plays an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance quality assurance skills.
  • Lead quality-focused training sessions to promote adherence to quality protocols.
  • Investigate quality issues and work collaboratively to resolve root causes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies at all times.
  • Review and update quality documentation and standard operating procedures periodically.
  • Communicate quality-related information and updates clearly across departments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role necessary.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
