Job Description

• Oversee consolidated accounting operations across PH and SG entities, including reporting, tax, compliance, and GL functions.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate financial statements and readiness for internal and external audits.
• Manage tax filings and support BIR-related audits while coordinating with Big 4 auditors for statutory and group reporting.
• Develop accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, and lead, mentor, and grow the accounting team.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• CPA or CMA certification
• 8+ years experience as Senior Accounting Manager or equivalent in a multi-entity/multinational setup
• Strong consolidation and audit support background
• Proficiency in PFRS; exposure to SFRS preferred
• Experience in tax filings and supporting BIR audits
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office/Google Sheets

• Experience from an audit firm
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects
• Understanding of Singapore tax regulations
