Job Description

The Specialist - Sales Support 23M26 is a valuable asset to any sales team, tasked with providing exceptional support for sales operations and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and materials.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies and targets.
  • Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients to facilitate communication.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales team members in scheduling client meetings and sales calls.
  • Assist in training new team members on sales systems and processes.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide insights to aid in forecasting and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
