Job Description

As a Specialist in Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and coordination between the sales team and various departments to ensure a seamless sales process. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, streamlining processes, and handling administrative tasks. You will be pivotal in preparing sales reports, assisting with the creation of promotional materials, and providing real-time support during sales pitches and presentations. Your attentiveness to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales operations. Working closely with sales executives and managers, you will help foster long-term customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities to drive the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and facilitate communication between salespersons and clients.
  • Prepare and manage accurate sales reports for performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the sales database for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and refine promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Support sales staff with preparing documentation required for sales transactions.
  • Organize and oversee logistics for sales events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate replies to client inquiries and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of sales materials and products.
  • Develop and implement training materials for new sales staff onboarding and development.
  • Analyze data from sales processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative assistance role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is advantageous.
