Job Description

The Specialist - Sales Support 20N25 plays a crucial role in assisting and streamlining the sales operations within the organization. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, sales acumen, and administrative abilities to support the sales team in achieving their targets effectively. As part of the sales support team, you will work directly with sales representatives, customers, and management to ensure all sales activities are coordinated and executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, managing sales documentation, and facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent organizational skills, can work under pressure, and is committed to providing outstanding support to help drive sales success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives in the preparation and processing of sales orders.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide courteous and professional service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sales targets and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports for sales management review.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales support service.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales department including handling documents.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Help resolve any sales-related issues with urgency and importance.
  • Support the identification and nurturing of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
