Spanish Bilingual Sales Consultant

Role Overview

The Immigration Sales Consultant is a client-facing closer who conducts consultations, and

converts qualified leads into signed clients. This role is for someone who is genuinely

passionate about sales, enjoys speaking with people, and understands that answering the

phone promptly and professionally is critical to success.

Job Highlights

• Paid Hours per Week: 38
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8am - 5pm | Eastern Time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and consultation appointments promptly and consistently
• Conduct immigration consultations (family, humanitarian, employment-based)
• Build trust quickly and guide clients toward informed decisions
• Confidently ask for the sale and close retainers ethically
• Follow sales scripts, call flow, and follow-up systems without deviation
• Track conversion rates and take ownership of sales performance

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher (sales degree preferred)
• Interested in immigration or legal terms
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Proven passion for sales and client engagement
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
• Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and accountability
