Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Equivalent of USD 760/month in the applicants local currency
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (lunch between 2:00 PM–3:00 PM)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls consistently throughout your shift to generate qualified appointments
  • Handle objections from prospects with confidence and professionalism
  • Set daily appointments for the sales team using proven scripts and processes
  • Maintain resilience and positive attitude despite challenging interactions
  • Track and report on appointment setting metrics and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training on solar industry processes and objection handling
  • Contribute to team competitions and performance-driven culture
  • Learn and adapt to company-specific solar appointment setting strategies


Requirements

  • Clear, professional English communication with minimal accent
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and rejection without losing motivation
  • Strong resilience and “grit” to persist through challenging interactions
  • Approximately 3 years of US-based sales or appointment setting experience preferred
  • Willingness to work a 40-hour/week schedule consistently
  • Bonus if you have experience in high-rejection industries like solar, insurance, or home improvement
  • Comfortable with performance-based work environments


Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
