Key Responsibilities

• Working within an Agile Development team developing new features across our Suite of products.
• Working with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Test Engineers to ensure features are delivered to a high standard.
• Working closely with Team Leader, Senior Developers and R&D department to build a well-architected solution.
• Contributing to work on the Sprint backlog, reviewing user stories and estimates to understand the desired outcomes.
• Ensuring the codebase is well understood and documented.
• Contributing to the Development Team’s working practices and technology decisions.
• Working independently whilst managing time and priorities of the workload.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 6+ years’ experience in developing enterprise applications using .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, REST API and C#.
• Experience with developing web applications with service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIs.
• Database development experience in MySQL, MS SQL or PostgreSQL with the ability to write SQL scripts.
• Understanding of build processes, continuous integration, and delivery
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Experience implementing .NET programming best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
