Social Media Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence across Facebook and Instagram. The successful candidate will focus on expanding our audience, engaging potential followers, promoting content, and generating traffic to our social media pages and website.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow our Facebook and Instagram audience through organic and direct outreach strategies.
• Post and promote products, services, and relevant content.
• Identify and engage with potential followers and relevant online communities.
• Invite prospective followers to connect with our social media platforms.
• Support both inbound and outbound social media campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and other audience interactions.
• Generate clicks, engagement, enquiries, and website traffic.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team, which will provide graphic designs and creative materials.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
• Develop effective strategies and take ownership of the role.
  
  

• Previous experience managing or supporting Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Experience with outbound social media campaigns is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of organic follower growth, community engagement, and traffic generation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable conducting direct outreach.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of tracking results and adjusting strategies when necessary.
• Flexible and willing to work during weekdays or weekends when required.
