Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager who specializes in adult content promotion to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for launching, scaling, and optimizing our social media presence across multiple platforms, transforming raw creative content into engaging campaigns that drive traffic to monetized platforms. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced adult content industry where your creativity, platform expertise, and strategic insight will directly impact business growth. You’ll work closely with the content creator to build engaged communities from scratch, develop advanced funnel strategies, and drive audience growth autonomously.

• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible between 9 AM to 5 PM | Pacific Time

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit from zero followers to substantial audiences.
• Create compelling content by editing, enhancing, and optimizing raw videos and photos provided by the creator.
• Develop and execute strategic, data-driven social media campaigns designed to launch, scale, and optimize the brand effectively.
• Produce various content formats including teasers, promotional posts, and platform-specific content optimized for each channel.
• Engage actively with target audiences through data-driven commenting, community interaction, and influencer collaboration strategies, including DM management (“chatter”) as part of community engagement responsibilities.
• Ensure all content and promotional activities strictly comply with each platform’s community guidelines for adult content.
• Implement advanced traffic funneling strategies to drive followers from social media to the creator’s monetized OnlyFans platform.
• Provide strategic creative input and professional enhancement to raw content materials to maximize engagement potential.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance across all platforms to ensure continuous growth.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior social media staff or assistants if applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for adult content creators, OnlyFans models, or similar adult/NSFW brands.
• Deep, comprehensive understanding of community guidelines and content restrictions for adult content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Demonstrated success in launching and growing social media accounts from zero followers to significant audiences.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools for content creation and enhancement.
• Extensive experience with social media engagement strategies, algorithm optimization, and growth hacking techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement social media strategy independently, including advanced analytics and reporting.
• Professional comfort level working with adult/NSFW content materials while maintaining appropriate discretion.
• Solid understanding of content funneling strategies and conversion optimization to drive traffic to monetized platforms.
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous social media work or content examples demonstrating results, growth, and strategy execution.
