Overview

This role offers the unique opportunity to manage, grow, and optimize social media accounts from zero followers to substantial audiences, transforming raw creative content into engaging campaigns that drive traffic to monetized platforms. You’ll work closely with the creator to develop advanced funnel strategies, build engaged communities, and directly impact business growth in the fast-paced adult content industry.

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: Equivalent of USD 8/hour in the applicants local currency
• Schedule: 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday, flexible between 9 AM to 5 PM
• Client Timezone: Spokane, WA
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, and the final rate depends on your performance in the application process.

This brand is in an exciting early growth phase, looking for a skilled social media expert to scale accounts across multiple platforms. The creator values professionalism, results, and building something from the ground up with a long-term vision for audience engagement and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit from zero followers to substantial audiences.
• Create compelling content by editing, enhancing, and optimizing raw videos and photos provided by the creator.
• Develop and execute strategic, data-driven social media campaigns to launch, scale, and optimize the brand effectively.
• Produce various content formats including teasers, promotional posts, and platform-specific content optimized for each channel.
• Engage actively with target audiences through commenting, community interaction, influencer collaboration, and DM management (“chatter”).
• Ensure all content and promotional activities comply with platform community guidelines for adult content.
• Implement advanced traffic funneling strategies to drive followers from social media to the monetized OnlyFans platform.
• Provide strategic creative input to maximize engagement potential of raw content.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance across all platforms to ensure continuous growth.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior social media staff or assistants if applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for adult content creators, OnlyFans models, or similar adult/NSFW brands.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific community guidelines and content restrictions (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit).
• Demonstrated success in launching and growing social media accounts from zero followers to significant audiences.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
• Extensive experience with social media engagement strategies, algorithm optimization, and growth hacking.
• Ability to independently develop and implement social media strategy, including analytics and reporting.
• Professional comfort working with adult/NSFW content while maintaining discretion.
• Knowledge of content funneling strategies and conversion optimization for monetized platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and independent work skills.
• Must provide a portfolio or content examples demonstrating results, growth, and strategy execution.
