A growing credit repair and financing services company that helps US-based businesses improve their personal and business credit profiles. The company is consolidating their distributed marketing operations under one expert to streamline their multi-platform social media presence and scale their lead generation efforts.


Job Description: You’ll be the key person transforming raw video content into engaging social media campaigns that drive real business results. This role offers the rare opportunity to start part-time and grow into a full-time position where you’ll expand beyond content creation into lead nurturing and light appointment setting. You’ll work directly with the business owner to take their established social media presence to the next level using your expertise in content editing, platform analytics, and audience engagement strategies across six major platforms.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday 9am -5pm EST with a 30 minute paid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage into compelling content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Substack, and Pinterest
  • Research and implement effective hashtags specific to the credit repair and financing industry
  • Analyze social media analytics across all platforms to optimize content performance and ROI
  • Input and manage leads in GoHighLevel CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create content strategies that nurture leads through the customer journey
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to build community engagement
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand voice across all social media channels
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics with actionable insights
  • Transition into lead nurturing and appointment setting responsibilities as role expands
  • Collaborate directly with business owner on strategy development and implementation


Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and platform algorithms
  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM system (must-have for lead management)
  • Expertise in hashtag research and optimization strategies for business/finance niches
  • Excellent written communication skills for engaging social media content
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have experience with Instantly email automation platform
  • It helps if you have appointment setting and lead qualification experience via media outreach (Not cold calling)
  • Bonus if you understand lead nurturing principles and customer journey mapping
