Social Media Manager 3D Landscape Design Client

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will help grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and showcase our 3D landscaping projects across multiple platforms. This role requires someone passionate about visual storytelling, design, and the latest social media trends.

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: PHP 450, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Flexible during client business hours (4 hours a day/ 20 hours per week) - Perth Timezone
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the creative team and help curate high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, graphics, animations) tailored to our audience and platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) specifications.
• Schedule and post content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns as needed.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral that complements social media campaigns (e.g., email campaigns, blog posts, promotional materials).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in design, architecture, landscaping, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D design visualization, landscape architecture, or architecture.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Photography and videography skills, including drone footage.
