Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of executing and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing the brand’s presence across various social media platforms, engaging with the target audience, and ensuring that the brand’s image is consistently and positively projected. Your role will involve a blend of creative, analytical, and strategic thinking, requiring you to stay updated with the constant evolution of social media trends. By developing engaging content and implementing effective social media campaigns, you will play a crucial role in amplifying brand awareness and fostering community growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the company’s social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop social media content strategies.
  • Monitor social media accounts for industry trends and brand-related interactions.
  • Develop monthly social media calendars and ensure timely awareness campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community to cultivate conversations and build brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media insights to enhance content performance and engagement.
  • Identify and implement strategies for increasing followers and growing brand exposure.
  • Utilize social media advertising to reach targeted audience demographics effectively.
  • Track and report on performance metrics across platforms periodically.
  • Stay informed about rivals’ social media activities for competitive advantage.
  • Deploy social listening to gather insights on consumer behavior and sentiment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative content writing.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret social media data and metrics accurately.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
