What Youll Actually Do

• Own daily proactive commenting on TikTok and Instagram videos in pre approved categories.
• Hunt trending and niche relationship content every single day.
• Leave thoughtful, pattern aware comments that spark curiosity without being pushy.
• Drive profile clicks and assessment interest through conversation.
• Run strategic DM campaigns to aligned creators and engaged commenters.
• Invite people to take the Clarady assessment and provide honest feedback.
• Build micro relationships that turn into long term advocates.
• Dominate Reddit relationship threads with emotionally intelligent insights.
• Comment in relationship, attachment style, and conflict dynamic discussions.
• Position Clarady as a helpful perspective tool using approved copy bank.
• Master LinkedIn engagement in relevant professional and personal development conversations.
• Respond to all incoming comments across platforms within 2 hours during US business hours.
• Keep conversations alive with smart follow up questions.
• Ask for saves, shares, and assessment clicks naturally.

• You are chronically online in a strategic way.
• You know how to create curiosity without sounding salesy.
• You understand platform culture differences between TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• You are comfortable initiating conversations with strangers daily.
• Impeccable written English.
• You can spot relationship content and emotional patterns quickly.
• You track metrics obsessively. Comments, DMs, conversions, everything.
• Huge plus if you have experience in mental health, relationship coaching, or emotional intelligence spaces.
• Huge plus if you have grown social accounts through engagement before.
