Job Role Summary/Overview

You’ll be the creative force behind engaging social media content for multiple client accounts, working across 15+ channels for 4 established clients. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity across various industries while developing content that truly resonates with different audiences. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a collaborative team that handles client strategy, leaving you free to focus on what you do best – creating compelling visual content.

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 430
• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 9am - 1pm or 10am - 2pm | GMT/UTC
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content including static graphics, carousels, and light video content for multiple client accounts
• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva for social media posts and email campaigns
• Edit short-form videos including podcast clips, adding logos, subtitles, and dynamic zoom cuts for social platforms
• Develop compelling copy and captions to accompany visual content across different brand voices
• Research trending topics and create content around specified services and client offerings
• Work with provided content calendars and adapt content style to match different client brands
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure brand consistency across all client accounts
• Manage content creation workflow across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and graphic design
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing software for short-form content
• Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and posts that drive engagement
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements
• Experience creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Bonus if you have experience with email campaign design
• It helps if you’ve worked with professional services or legal industry content
