We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Manager who will take full ownership of our clients social media presence and Meta advertising campaigns. The right candidate has hands-on experience managing social media and paid ads for SaaS or tech brands, is highly proficient with AI content creation tools, and can hit the ground running without extensive onboarding. This is not an assistant role — you will own the strategy, the content, and the results.

Our client is a growing SaaS platform built specifically for home care agencies, providing an all-in-one HR and caregiver hiring solution. They help agency owners onboard, train, and retain quality caregivers more efficiently than traditional methods. The company is founder-led and in an active growth phase, expanding its remote team to support operations at scale.

Responsibilities:
AI Video Production
Create professional AI-generated video content for both organic social and Meta ad creatives using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, HeyGen, or similar
Script, refine, and produce short-form video ads (15s, 30s, 60s) optimized for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Stories
Develop video formats including testimonials, product demos, pain-point hooks, and social proof ads
Stay current with emerging AI video tools to continually improve creative quality
Meta Ads Management
Own and operate the Meta Business Suite — campaign strategy, ad set structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and optimization
Build and test multiple ad creatives weekly using proven frameworks
Conduct A/B tests on hooks, headlines, copy, and CTAs — analyze performance and iterate quickly
Manage retargeting, lookalike, and cold traffic campaigns
Deliver weekly performance reports covering ROAS, CPL, CPC, and CTR with actionable insights
Organic Social Media Management
Take full ownership of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts
Build and execute a rolling content calendar across multiple content pillars: education, social proof, product features, and industry news
Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that resonate with the target audience
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and grow community presence
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social clips and carousels
Brand & Strategy
Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Develop a quarterly social media and Meta ads strategy tied to lead generation goals
Build and maintain a content asset library for rapid deployment
Proactively pitch new creative angles and content ideas to the founder
Requirements:
Must-Haves
Minimum 3 years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SaaS or tech brands
Proven hands-on experience with AI video creation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, HeyGen, or similar — portfolio required
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: campaign setup, audience building, creative testing, and budget optimization
Strong portfolio showing Meta ad creative that drove measurable results
Excellent copywriting skills — hooks, captions, and CTAs across multiple formats
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to HR professionals, staffing agencies, or the home care industry
Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, or Adobe Premiere
Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership content for B2B SaaS audiences
Background working with early-stage or founder-led SaaS companies
