Job Description: You’ll play a dual role supporting both the creative marketing efforts and daily operations of a dynamic dance studio. This position offers the perfect blend of creative social media work and essential administrative support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while helping the business owners focus on growth and strategic initiatives. You’ll work directly with the leadership team in a collaborative environment where your skills in both areas will be valued and developed.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $5.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to scale based on performance and business needs

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Transform provided images into engaging social media advertisements and promotional content
  • Post marketing content to local community groups and social media platforms to drive engagement
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to support business development
  • Perform data entry and management tasks in Dance Studio Pro CRM system
  • Handle various administrative tasks to reduce workload on business owners
  • Support general business operations and process improvements
  • Assist with automation improvements using tools like Zapier when applicable
  • Creating and managing onboarding processes for new students and families


Requirements

  • Experience creating social media content and advertisements from provided materials
  • Experience creating reels and short form video content, including basic video editing
  • Basic graphic design skills for transforming images into promotional content
  • Strong written communication skills for professional email management
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dance Studio Pro experience is a bonus)
  • Administrative experience with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with Zapier or other automation tools
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working in a creative, community-focused business environment
