Social Media Affiliate Marketing Manager

Salary: 6 USD per hour

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow our affiliate program across major social platforms. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our brand and a network of creators, influencers, and content partners.

Your focus will be identifying the right creators, building long-term partnerships, and turning those relationships into measurable revenue. This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and creator culture, and who thrives in a fast-moving digital environment..

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and content partners
• Grow the affiliate network by identifying high-potential and emerging creators
• Develop and manage commission structures and promotional incentives
• Track affiliate performance including clicks, conversions, and revenue
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for higher ROI
• Provide affiliates with campaign briefs, messaging, and creative assets
• Ensure affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals
• Monitor social media trends and creator ecosystems to identify new partnership opportunities
• Ensure affiliates comply with FTC disclosure and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and payout models
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, PartnerStack, or similar tools
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Ability to source, evaluate, and recruit creators for partnership opportunities
• Understanding of FTC disclosure and compliance requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling an affiliate marketing program
• Experience running performance-based creator or influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with creator discovery tools such as Modash, Upfluence, or Aspire
• Background in ecommerce, DTC, or performance marketing
• Experience negotiating partnership terms or custom commission structures
• Experience collaborating with creative or marketing teams on campaign assets
• Strong understanding of social media trends and creator culture
