You will spearhead the digital marketing strategy across multiple growing businesses, focusing on high-impact, revenue-generating activities. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for e-commerce growth
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, reels, and video content across multiple platforms
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive conversions
• Handle content scheduling and calendar management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Conduct community engagement and strategic outreach to build brand awareness
• Create podcast-related content including video editing, clip creation, and thumbnail design
• Provide strategic insights on trending content and algorithm updates across all platforms
• Generate performance reports and analytics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Stay current with platform changes and share best practices to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with demonstrated results
• Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising with successful campaign management
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools for content creation
• Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
• Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
• Understanding of business growth strategies and digital marketing ROI optimization
• Bonus if you have experience with podcast content creation and multi-platform management
• It helps if you can provide strategic recommendations and share industry insights

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
