Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Ads Manager to help manage and grow our presence across key platforms. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who has hands-on experience both creating content and managing paid social campaigns.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $9.54 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: (Part-Time), 20 hours a week, flexible schedule during client business hours

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media ad campaigns
  • Monitor performance, engagement, and ad results
  • Optimize ads and content based on performance data
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform changes


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
  • Solid experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and ad performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills
